On behalf of our client, we are seeking a BIM Manager who can transform complex project data into clear, coordinated, and high‑quality information that empowers every team on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific BIM Execution Plan.
- Supervise creation, coordination, and quality control of all discipline models.
- Manage model integration, clash detection processes, and resolution workflows.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, naming conventions, and data protocols.
- Facilitate digital coordination meetings and communicate model-related issues.
- Support design and construction teams in effective use of BIM tools and workflows.
- Maintain the Common Data Environment and ensure controlled information exchange.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align modelling requirements.
- Produce model-based reports, visualisations, and construction sequencing outputs.
- Monitor model progress, maintain documentation, and deliver ongoing BIM training and guidance.
Education and Required Experience:
- MQF Level 5 Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Background in site administration
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
