The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out a qualitative review of documentation;
  • Reviewing any due diligence documents;
  • Maintaining information on all systems and databases;
  • Processing and issuing Certificates;
  • Reviewing and drafting approvals for any company statutory changes;
  • Participating in meetings and/or calls with prospective clients and handling of general queries received via e-mail or telephone;
  • Assisting in the development/formulation of; and/or maintaining processes/policies;
  • Attending training, conferences and fora;

The ideal candidate would have the following Technical/Professional Expertise:

  • In possession of an undergraduate Degree;
  • Experience in the gaming industry shall be considered an asset;
  • Experience in business, commerce, accountancy/finance and/or IT shall be considered an asset;
  • Be capable of working within a team, manage multiple engagements and work to demanding deadlines;
  • Ability to identify high risk areas and organise and present findings and recommendations in a concise manner (both verbal and written).
