Reporting to the Audit Senior and Audit Manager, as an Audit Assistant some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with both new and existing clients;
  • Assisting with the conduct of, and performing the necessary tasks surrounding Audit and Assurance engagements;
  • Assisting with the preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with GAPSME and IFRS.

As an Audit Assistant you should be currently in the process of (or interested pursuing) an ACA, ACCA qualification, or an equivalent certification, with an excellent level of English (written and spoken). You will be working both alone, and within a fast-paced and energetic team, so outstanding communication and organisational skills and an eye for detail whilst meeting tight deadlines are essential for this role. You must have the ability to identify and report sensitive issues, and be highly motivated.

Previous experience in an accounting or a position in auditing will be considered an asset.
