Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring strict adherence to hotel policies and established procedural frameworks.
- Allocate responsibilities to HODs and diligently monitor their performance to sustain a culture of operational excellence.
- Formulate and implement targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures that are designated to optimize operational efficiency and elevate guest satisfaction.
- Cultivate a robust two-way communication milieu, thereby fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and motivational drive among the staff cohort.
- Uphold a rigorously enforce health and safety regulations, thereby ensuring a secure and protected environment for both, guest and employees alike.
- Regularly generate comprehensive reports encompassing sales outcomes,productivity metrics, and pertinent operational updates, all of which are presented to the senior management cadre.
- Assume leadership of operational meetings and daily briefings alongside HODs, particularly during instances when the Hotel Manager is absent.
The perfect candidate should have more than 7 years of experience in food and beverage management within high-volume, multi-outlet establishments, along with flexibility for various work hours. Proficiency in MS Office, restaurant software and POS System is a must. Additional valuable skills include financial accounting, personnel supervision, and adept problem-solving. Salary €50,000.
