Qualifications & Experience Required
- Holds an MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science with at least three years of experience, or an MQF Level 5 qualification in Computer Science with at least four years of experience.
- Experienced in administering enterprise CRM or ERP platforms, including process flow design and implementation.
- Familiar with enterprise web applications, database operations, and SQL in a Microsoft environment.
- A confident, articulate communicator able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Customer-service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A team player who contributes to knowledge sharing.
- Fluent in English and Maltese.
- Capable of managing highly complex, cross-functional processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 business application support to internal users and third parties.
- Maintain, enhance, and develop workflows, functions, and system configurations.
- Work closely with end users to optimise, create, test, and manage workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
- Document workflows and data maps, including technical considerations, and share them with the team.
- Assess new data map requirements, propose solutions, and perform feasibility analysis.
- Deliver data collection and supervisory system projects on schedule and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with network, security, policy, and QA teams to ensure full quality and system integration.
- Stay informed about new system features, user pain points, and functionality updates.
- Collaborate with technical teams on managing web servers, backend databases, file-sharing services, and related technologies.
- Support data management and analytics teams by explaining operational data architecture and updating them on ongoing changes.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and resolve production support issues.
- Participate in security assessments to help mitigate system vulnerabilities.
- Assist with developing integrations using APIs.
- Help create new ETLs for internal systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by technology and information security management.
