Main Responsibilities:

- Support the Compliance Department in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to meet ongoing regulatory obligations;

- Assist in the execution of the compliance monitoring programme;

- Liaise with internal departments on compliance matters, including anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism (CFT);

- Support the preparation and submission of statutory filings (e.g. REQ, ACR);

- Assist in coordinating regulatory audits, inspections, and visits;

- Support client onboarding processes and ongoing monitoring activities;

- Report regularly to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on compliance-related matters;

- Review existing procedures and recommend improvements in line with industry best practices

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar compliance or AML role;

- Good understanding of the TCSP industry and relevant regulatory framework;

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail;

- Fluency in English;

- Good IT proficiency.

They should be detail-oriented with a solid analytical mindset, capable of identifying risks and ensuring effective compliance measures.
