It isn’t every day that an opportunity comes along to work with some of the biggest luxurious brands in the world. Luckily, StreetHR is representing a company that is looking for an Aftersales manager to ensure customers are treated to first-class customer service.
They specialise in the sale of luxury goods, so if you are passionate about luxury goods, have excellent communication skills in English, with a flair for sales, this is just the role for you!
You would be leading the aftersales team and would be responsible for upholding the standards of the brands the company represents while providing excellent customer service.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Train and lead team to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Obtain customer feedback on product/service quality.
- Assist customers in resolving problems and complaints related to purchased products or services.
- Build positive relationship with customers to increase customer loyalty and sales.
- Oversee the work of customer service teams to ensure established goals are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure satisfied clientele and increase sales.
- Collaborate with other Boutique Managers to discuss business plans needed to increase sales performance.
- Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools and systems.
- Perform pricing and work estimates with clients to determine report details.
- Monitor all after-sales services provided to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report all after sales activities to management on a regular basis.
Ideally, you may have previously worked as a sales manager or manager in the aftersales area. Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving skills are a must for this role.
