Our client is a leading financial institution in Malta, building a dynamic team of inspired individuals. They are currently looking for an Administrative Officer with a focus on Due Diligence and KYC to join their team.

Main Duties:

  • Carrying out Costumer Due Diligence (CDD) and Customer Risk Assessment (CRA) Reviews for new customers.
  • Screening documents and collecting the correct information from each client.
  • Ensure that all internal processes related to CDD, CRA and KYC are performed accordingly.
  • Follow regulatory requirements and company policies for each process.
  • Handling operational administrative tasks.
  • Dealing with clients and internal teams, following up on incidents, and resolving them in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, be well-organised, and possesses strong data analysis and data management skills. He/she must have an excellent level of English and proficiency in Excel. A degree and previous work experience in a financial services company, particularly banking will be considered an asset.

Salary between €20,000 - €24,000, and the role is based onsite at the company Head Office. Additional benefits are also offered including medical and life insurance covers.
