Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Executive to join their team.

Job Outline:

The Administrative Executive provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate committee meetings and governance activities, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups;

- Manage communication with the members, handle inquiries, and oversee notices, circulars, and social media updates;

- Support small-scale projects by tracking progress, budgets, and deliverables;

- Maintain company records, databases, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance and organisational efficiency;

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist in implementing strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred);

- Previous experience in administration, executive support, or office management;

- Familiarity with governance processes or agricultural cooperatives is an asset;

- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills;

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms; social media awareness preferred.
