Our client, a reputable organisation who provide safety and security installations, is currently in search of a full time Administrative Clerk to join their team to ensure the effectively running of the office.
This role entails:
• Communication with clients via phone calls and emails (in Maltese and English).
• Organising meetings, processing mail and setting appointments.
• Preparing job sheets, registering data and following up on pending matters.
• Sorting data and collecting any related payments.
• Other day-to-day administrative duties such as preparing and filing documentation.
The ideal candidate for this role has knowledge of Microsoft Windows and should also have experience within a similar role and environment. He or She has excellent communication and organisational skills and are also fluent in both Maltese and English.
