Our client is currently in search of a trustworthy Administrative Assistant to provide administrative assistance and support to the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include; diary management, compiling meeting agendas, coordinating and prioritizing the office’s administrative workflow, screening and managing phone calls, greeting and welcoming visitors along with providing continuous support to the CFO as needed.

The ideal candidates for this role must possess excellent organisational as well as written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should also be proficient in using MS Office applications and have a high level of professional integrity and dependability.
