Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining, overseeing, and updating databases, logs, and files under the purview of the Supervision Section.
- Establishing effective communication channels with other departments within the company, as well as various external authorities and organizations, to ensure seamless information exchange and comprehensive recordkeeping.
- Assisting in the logistical preparations for events and coordinating travel and event arrangements.
- Effectively managing the retention and secure storage of documents.
- Offering comprehensive administrative support to the Supervision team as required.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum educational qualification of MQF Level 4, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, fluency in Maltese & English and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
