Our Client is a leading financial institution in Malta, forming a dynamic team of inspired individuals. They are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join their team. 

Main Duties:

  • Providing office service support to internal departments.
  • Assisting in the testing of existing company features, and implementing new projects to continue evolving the company strategy.
  • Handling operational administrative tasks.
  • Dealing with international suppliers, following up on incidents and handling them in a timely manner.
  • Working on various claims.

We are seeking an honest, well-organised candidate who is keen on learning and forming part of a team-orientated environment. An excellent level of English and knowledge on excel are a must. Candidates in possession of a Diploma level of study, with previous working experience in a financial service - particularly Banking. 

Salary between €19,000 - €22,000, and the role is based onsite at the company Head Office. Additional benefits also offered including medical and life insurance covers.
