Our Client is well-renowned in the luxury retail industry. They are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to provide bookkeeping and administrative support to the Financial Controller. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with administrative duties and liaising with the Financial Controller.

  • Organising financial records.

  • Assisting with debt recovery.

  • Performing clerical work and interoffice support.

  • Assisting in inventory control.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent communicator.

  • Professional work ethic.

  • Can-do attitude with excellent organisation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of Shireburn Financial Management System (SFM) and Shireburn Inventory Management System (SIMS) will be considered an asset

  • Possession of accounting qualification at MQF level 4 / AAT Qualified an asset.
