Responsibilities:
- Handling AP & AR invoices.
- Preparing weekly payments and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing of payroll journals.
- Ensuring the monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts.
- Reviewing and approving of month end inventory.
- Preparing depreciation, accruals, and prepayments journals.
- Preparing monthly accounting in relation to the vessels.
- Obtaining a solid understanding of varied VAT jurisdictions.
We are looking for fully-qualified accountants, or candidates in the final stages of their qualification (ACCA or relevant). Qualities such as being a team-player, delegation of tasks, and attentive to details will be taken note of. Role also offers the opportunity to travel and liaise with international colleagues once or twice a year!
