Our esteemed Client is currently searching for a driven, reliable candidate to take on the role of Accommodation Coordinator within their diverse team.
- Enforce company-established rules and regulations among tenants, meticulously inspecting apartments for cleanliness and maintenance on a routine basis, promptly documenting any violations, and reporting them to the Accommodations Executive.
- Gather readings from water and electricity meters.
- Facilitate the arrival of international recruits by personally welcoming them at the airport and coordinating transportation to their designated residences.
- Maintain accurate and current records of tenant movements, encompassing the digitization of signed documents and timely communication with the Human Resources Department regarding any changes in accommodation occupancy.
- Act as a responsive resource during emergencies beyond regular working hours and during weekends as per an on-call schedule.
- Collaborate with external contractors to guarantee that cleaning and maintenance meet established standards, subject to approval by the Accommodations Executive. Issue purchase orders to suppliers and tenant charges as appropriate.
- Develop comprehensive cleaning and maintenance schedules for each apartment, conducting thorough room inspections and verifying inventories before new tenants assume occupancy.
The ideal candidate for this position should preferably hold an ordinary level of education, must possess a Category B driving license, exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. The ability to work with precision and efficiency within tight deadlines is crucial, as is proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools. Furthermore, candidates should exhibit a high degree of organizational competence and be capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision.
Salary package of €19,000 + performance bonus.
